Cre8ive Productions, Sales & Service, Inc. incorporated on September 9th, 1999 with the mission to become the #1 source for anyone in need of
products and services to do anything that could be considered creative. To accomplish this mission, Cre8ive Productions, Sales & Service, Inc. operates
many different divisions and runs them in a couple different manners. The first manner operates very similar to how employee owned cooperatives operate in that we give
everyone who works for these divisions access to it's accounting and we then distribute a majority of the divisions profits according to how much time and/or what each Cre8ive Representative
invests into making the division a success. The percentage of a divison's profits that are distributed to those working within the division is determined by
the current CEO according to how much they feel is needed for the overall budget of the entire operation. Whenever our CEO feels the
need to change a division's distributed profit percentage, a vote is taken among the Cre8ive Representatives working within this division and the percentage
change will only take effect if the vote is unanimous. Cre8ive Productions, Sales & Service, Inc. defines working as any time spent towards a successful
effort to create a profit. The second manner in which we operate certain divisions is that we act as a broker on behalf of our professionals and our customers
in that we hold on to payments for services until our Representatives have fulfilled the obligations that they have agreed to. Cre8ive Representatives operate
as independent contractors who adhere to an agreement that is created specifically for each division that they are representing and are fully responsible for
any legalities that could take place as a result of their actions.

Cre8ive Productions, Sales & Service, Inc. firmly believes in the law of karma and we base all of our actions according to it's underlying principle of "what goes around comes
around". We pride ourselves on the solutions we provide to innovators looking to develop, manufacture and market their
intellectual property. One of the most powerful advantages we create by using our truly unique business model is the pool of knowledge and resources that we have access
to. All of our Cre8ive Representatives are under contract to respect and maintain secrecy of any intellectual property that they are asked to advise on or
contribute to. We have even gone as far as to develop a sophisticated web application that establishes the inventor of an idea along with the submission date that can be
used as evidence in the event that someone tries to steal anyone else's ideas. When any innovator decides to work with us, the application also keeps track of everything according to who
contributed what throughout the entire process of turning their ideas into a reality.

Cre8ive Productions, Sales & Service, Inc. has been operating under the guidance of CEO Јọśẹph "Guy" Moyer since it's incorporation date of 9/9/99. Guy
is the current sole shareholder and started Cre8ive Productions, Sales & Service, Inc. as a means to provide an income for his vast knowledge of computers, networking
and Internet technologies such as web development and web hosting. Guy developed custom ASP web sites up until around 2004 which is when he got fed up
with the security flaws and the updates that were required which started to take up more and more of his billable hours with each web site he created. Around
this time, he was offered the opportunity to market and sell a product from an International manufacturer that ended up making him more money with less headaches than
web development and hosting. Guy decided to stop web development for his customers and used

this opportunity to fund and build a more secure network and learn to develop web sites using .NET which Guy believed was more secure and reliable than ASP. Since 2004, Guy has become pretty fluent with .NET programming and has written multiple
web applications using it including a commerce application that he uses to manage all of his e-tailing operations. In 2007, Guy purchased a location next to multiple
fiber routes for his servers and has been developing web sites for Google since which has allowed him more free time to focus on running Cre8ive Productions, Sales & Service, Inc. and
expand upon what all it offers. Guy is the mastermind, network engineer and lead developer of the MAEGIC Framework which is what
Cre8ive Productions, Sales & Service, Inc. is using for it's accounting and enterprise management as well as what it's using to offer it's members accounting, communication, web services, identity protection and Internet
security.
